If you haven't yet, you can get Supporter status simply by leaving a review for Titan Conquest at iOS or Android, and then message any Vanguard or Welcome Crew with the name and platform that the review was left on. They will get back to you as soon as they can, after verifying the review. For even faster status granted, send them a link to a hosted screen shot of the review. For those of us that use Discord, feel free to message us the info there but include your in game name if different.

Once Supporter status is received, you will be able to change the color of your name in the chat, add a bio to your profile, and also receive 50% off of customizing heroes. Customization includes changing hero names, and changing the hero card art.
